Processing and Delivery Times
- Order cut-off time: 23:00 (UK time). Orders placed after this time are processed on the next working day.
- Processing time: 1–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
- Delivery partner: Royal Mail or comparable carriers
- Transit time: 7–9 working days (Monday to Friday)
- Estimated total delivery time: 8–14 working days from dispatch

Duties, Taxes and Charges
For orders delivered within the United Kingdom, the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. No additional shipping charges apply within our delivery area.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
You may also track your order through our “Track Your Order” page using your order number and email address.
Delivery Issues, Loss or Damage
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund after review.
For damaged deliveries, we may ask you to provide clear photos to assist with the assessment.
