Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you offer free delivery within Australia?
Yes, we provide complimentary standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders. Each parcel is securely packaged to ensure safe arrival.

2. Can I ship to parcel lockers or PO boxes?
Currently, we ship to residential and business addresses only. Parcel lockers and PO boxes are not supported at this time.

3. What are your average delivery timeframes?
Orders submitted by 6:00 PM (GMT+10 Sydney) on weekdays are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Please allow extra time during peak periods.

4. How do I track my parcel?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can follow the delivery progress via our Order Tracking page.

5. Which carriers do you use?
We ship with trusted Australian delivery services such as Australia Post, CouriersPlease, and other reliable partners.

6. My package hasn’t arrived—what should I do?
First, check the tracking link from your shipping confirmation email. If no update is available or the parcel appears delayed, contact us at info@strayle.com. If the parcel is lost, we’ll either resend it or issue a full refund.

7. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please email info@strayle.com. within 7 days. Include your order number and clear photos of both the item and its packaging. We’ll resolve it quickly.

Returns & Refunds

8. How do I initiate a return?
If your purchase isn’t quite right, contact info@strayle.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

9. When can I expect my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. You’ll get an email confirmation once the refund is finalised.

10. Who pays for return postage?
We cover return shipping for faulty, incorrect, or damaged items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for postage. Always contact us before returning any items.
